Turnkey Projects

Following the initial brief from the client, Iona Designs will create mood boards of fabrics, furniture and inspirational images to convey the concept. They will be presented to you in order to further develop the design concept and to start progressing with detailed specifications for kitchens, bathrooms, joinery work, lighting etc.

Once the basic architectural concept has been approved, we will then source and specify furniture, furnishings, fabrics, carpets/flooring, specialist wall finishes and accessories according to your requirements and budget. and we work closely with specialist lighting experts who will install and program fittings in order to ensure the perfect ambience and effects.
